  • In order to register for Scorpion Lacrosse, you must have an active membership in USA Lacrosse for the entire season.  As part of the Scorpion registration process, you may be directed to the USA Lacrosse website to either check on your status, renew your membership, or register for the first time.  After signing up with USA Lacrosse, you need to follow the prompt to return to the Scorpion site to complete your registration. 

  • Each Player must have a USA Lacrosse membership valid through June 1, 2015.  This membership is handled during our registration. Membership fees are collected by USA Lacrosse and do not go to Scorpion Lacrosse.​​
  • Please read the About Our Club and Refund Policy information (See links on Scorpion website home page)
  • You must be a resident of Alamo, Blackhawk, Danville, Diablo or San Ramon, California. Exception to this rule is if your child attends a SRVUSD School. Exceptions must be approved by the Board of directors. Please contact the registration director at with a written request for consideration
  • Please note: Payment is due at the time of registration. Registrations will be deleted if not paid in full in the new registration system.
  • Each Player must have USA Lacrosse membership valid through June 1, 2022.  This membership is handled during our registration. Membership fees are collected by USA Lacrosse and do not go to Scorpion Lacrosse.​​
  • If a division is full, you will be allowed to be added to the waiting list.   However, you will be required to purchase a non-refundable USA Lacrosse registration to be put on the waitlist.​​​
  • All players are required to supply their own lacrosse equipment.​ This includes the following:
    • Girls - specific Equipment
      • Eye cages/goggles - with SEI certification
      • Mouth Guard (Cannot be clear or white)
      • Helmet - optional
    • Boys - specific Equipment
      • Scorpion ORANGE only (no black/chrome/white) NOCSAE certified Lacrosse Helmet
      • Lacrosse Shoulder pads (please note the new EKG requirement for 2022)
      • Armguards (now required for goalies)
      • Lacrosse Gloves
      • Rib pads - recommended
      • Protective Cup
      • Mouth Guard (Cannot be clear or white)
      • Lacrosse Stick
      • Please note that arm pads and protective cups are now required for goalies.  Rib pads have been designated as recommended
  • Practices occur during the week from January through May.  10U will have one-weekday practice and one-weekend game.  12U - 14U will have 2-3 weekday practices and 1-2 weekend games.  Games will be played on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
  • ​You will be required to attend each day of the tryouts/evaluation.  Evaluations will occur during the last week of November and/or the first two weeks of December at the Sycamore Park turf fields next to Sycamore Elementary School. ​​​8U Boys only: The Boys 8U Evaluations and Program will start in January
